Hospitals are contributing to child abuse instead of assisting

Parents take their children to the hospital for one reason AND ONE REASON ONLY. It's because they are concerned for their health and welfare. Now we want hospitals to report parents who care about their children's health and welfare and have them subjected to the abuses of DoCS?
Instead of just reporting these parents why aren't the hospitals providing the healthcare needed? Almost all hospitals have both Domestic Violence and Drug places (DoCS dont) so why aren't they being referred there if that's a problem?
Grafton hospital refused to supply speech therapy for two children because they were disabled despite stating this in their forms:
"speech and language delay/disorder"
"and neurologically based communication difficulties"

Yet DoCS claimed the children were funded by Disability - LIARS
Ohhh - looks like DoCS is fabricating evidence to the police again. Tut tut tut.
DoCS opened a case against another innocent man because he married. They sent JIRT out to interview the wifes children, and then told the children that the man had “raped” a girl. It was untrue, and a horrific abuse of the children - it was also then proven so in court. DoCS now state that this man is a “high” risk to any child under the age of 18 years. DoCS still to this day, harass this man and wifes family and friends.
