Here is a spreadsheet you can open in excel and use to submit all the offences you can prove that have been committed in your case. It is very simple to use - and for those of you who know your states legislation, feel free to send your changes back to us to make it easier for others.
Make sure you send those back to us and that you have registered your case under the "initial complaint to police commissioner form", as this is your preliminary data which we send to the various agencies. Click here to register your case if you haven't done so already.
HOW IT WORKS: The first form is sent to various agencies and when those agencies such as police send back and deny investigation or charges, when we know we can prove them, it opens doors for class action (representative proceedings) under human rights commission. We only need 7 and we are eligible - which of course we obtained months ago. However we are also filing the NSW cases over at ICAC, and they will go to the Australian Crime Commission. All cases already presented to us have also been sent over to the UK to be joined in an International Class Action for gross breaching of our human rights.
It is currently a slow process, and quite time consuming for those of you doing the second form, but time is what you all have. Miss Browns case is being done at moment, and there are almost 20 cases awaiting processing here, after those people present the second form to us with the documents we will then require, which are the documents you will be referring to on your datasheets that prove straight up offences. Considering we have almost 100 clients (CPS / DOCS / CFS / FSA etc victims) already on our books alecomm is expecting the offences combined are going to run into the thousands easy.
Alecomm staff have to verify the integrity of all datasheets and then we can send them along with our file references to the relevant authorities. You must be extremely accurate with the details as this will make our job easier to have each offence processed. And don't forget to put in each and every little lie / omission in each and every affidavit because this is where the crux of the offences will be, and this is what causes cases to be ongoing and costs the government billions of dollars per year.
