A Simple case of Grandparents Gone Wild. Cheryle MacDonald given full custody of her grandaughter after the mother refused to send her for access visits after she continually abused the child. The mother rang her solicitor, the police, the feds, the courts and nobody gave two hoots that a child was being abused, and that a mother was being forced to abuse her child by being forced to send her for contact.
Eventually the mother refused to send the child for access with her grandparents and instantly the judge granted full custody of the child to the grandparents because the mother refused to comply with court orders.
The mother was given Supervised Access at the discretion of the grandparents. This of course, meant that for the next 8 years the mother would not be able to see or speak to her child, who was now worth about $700 a week for the grandparents with a good $200 a week coming from DoCS. The grandmother previously on welfare was now looking at great wages for stealing her only childs only child.
8 years later the grandmother is still running around stating she has never stopped contact between the mother Marney and her daughter, yet police paperwork tells a different story, and that is that Cheryle MacDonald is nothing but a lying manipulative psychopath.
