Judicial Corruption is Sending Our Fundamental Human Rights Straight Down The Drain ..

Reports are coming into us from across Europe indicating that the EU States domestic and EU judiciary are no longer issuing judgements in corrupt cases since July 2010 changes in ECHR law.
This is now blocking citizens from an answer, appeal and the remedy of Human Rights violations that occur during proceedings from being heard in any court of law in Europe altogether.
The ECHR have removed Article 6 “The right to a fair trial” from being heard as a stand alone application before the ECHR by making all cases inadmissible that carry the Article 6 violation alone within the ECHR competence at the admissibility decision stage.
This law change occurred in July 2010 in order to deal with the massive number of UK applications to the ECHR that had to be placed in a special large room.
95% of these applications according to the ECHR are missing a vital document.
The JUDGEMENT!!!.
Without the judgement ECHR Strasbourg cannot even look at whether breaches of human rights are admissible or not, because they rely on the judgement as the final remedy document.
So all citizens are left with is an article 6 violation alone which was admissible until the same July 2010 ECHR admissible criteria law changes that have made stand alone Article 6 ECHR Applications inadmissible if they are stand alone Article 6 “The right to a fair trial”
To sum up; This means that all any judge needs to do is not to issue the judgement and/or orders to block any court in Europe looking at any of the case for appeal or ECHR violations and that includes ECHR Strasbourg.
This blocks both single and class actions from any remedy beyond the judge that first rules on the citizen’s case if the judge does not issue the judgement.
We even have reports of a case in Iceland having the same ECHR blockage of Article 6 “The right to a fair trial”, appeal, human rights and hence in fact justice itself.
This indicates that since July 2010 we no longer have the right to a fair trial and hence we now have NO LEGAL SYSTEM WITHIN ANY EU STATE OR WITHIN EUROPE AT ALL!!!!!!!
Corruption within the legal system of Ireland is sadly so high that it may even exceed the corruption levels of the UK legal system.
We have cases in Ireland that are blocked from progressing and/or appeal by the judiciary not issuing the judgements and/or orders.
This is also blocking the same cases from a remedy before the ECHR Strasbourg.
We will explain in full shortly how the same judicial practice of not issuing judgements and/or orders is since the July 2010 ECHR admissibility criteria changes effectively blocking 95% of ECHR Applications being heard by the ECHR Strasbourg.
This leaves citizens with no judgements from EU states or the ECHR Strasbourg and no right even to expect an answer as to why or make any further enquiry!
Why? Because EU States are holding hands with each other and ECHR Strasbourg in blocking all human rights violations ever being heard and hence becoming public at all!
The ECHR Strasbourg has just placed all EU citizens Human Rights under a legal inadmissibility secrecy blanket that can never be looked under!
The EU States domestic law, EU law, International law and ECHR are now effectively without any legality or umbrella overseeing that legality is upheld.
Sadly we no longer have a legal system in Europe.
Sadly we no longer have human rights.
You do not have what you cannot exercise as all that amounts to is a big white elephant!
Do we need to ask why good lawyers are resigning from the legal profession altogether in light of the complete corruption of our entire legal systems.
It is hence understandable why ECHR Strasbourg no longer considers a "right to a fair trial" a human right, instead prioritising judicial corruption as an establishment elitist right over the top of Article 6.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely!

But without any hope of an ECHR Strasbourg rescue for EU citizens.
The global holocaust has arrived and the ECHR Strasbourg Human Rights goal posts has been removed in order to permit the establishment to go about their deadly global CULL!
This global holocaust will be denied and the books will be burnt just as they where following the Nazi WWII holocaust when the poor Jews were the target.
