Laura Sidharta, Grace Adura, Alyta Rowe, Ashleigh Price & Colleen Links are threatening Community Services Clients at the Eastern Sydney CSC Office. They have been intimidating and harassing this family for no particular reason, and are using their abusive powers to try and thwart the inevitable - that is - publicity and naming and shaming for their crimes against humanity.
Alecomm would like to notify the staff that they are free to throw all the scary words all around that they like, but that it is completely illegal, and punishable by law with up to two years inprisonment. The details of this case will now be forwarded to the Minister for Community Services, so she can see what her staff really get up to on a daily basis, and will also be sent to the Independant Commission Against Corruption as this behaviour will not be tolerated. Prison sentences are obviously appropriate for this behaviour to forwarn other rogue department staff who continue to claim they stuff up so many cases because they're soooo overloaded. Maybe if they didn't spend so much time lying, falsifying documents and intimidating their clients, they would actually have time to spend on clients that actually need help.
A personal notice to all staff who think that they're solicitor or barrister will help them violate the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights which Australia has ratified and is part of - i suggest you read them first as they do apply to everybody including you lot who seem to think you are above the law :
Article 4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms
Article 5.No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 12.No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 19.Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
Laura Sidharta, Grace Adura, Alyta Rowe, Ashleigh Price, Colleen Links --- you aren't the first staff of DoCS to jump up and down and throw a little hissy fit because you have been exposed for the person you truly are - so the solution would be --- if you dont want the publicity - dont do the crime. Alecomm is not going away and neither is the support for victims who are persecuted by the system just because. And DEFAMATION only applies if there is an untruth to the article --- just because you dont like it doesn't mean it's not the truth.
