[If anybody is wondering what we mean here, this is the list of pretty much all the Acts that you can make an for an ex-gratia payment by a government department under (meaning you are claiming that they have been irresponsible and there has been consequences toward youself and or your family).  And what we are referring to is that parliament seems to have forgotten to add in the Children and Young Persons Care and Protection Act, meaning they are trying to make it impossible for people to sue the department as it is not covered in these Australian Government Bodies and Governance Relationships].
