Alecomm has just received video footage (attached) depicting a “home visit” by Department staff from the Coffs Harbour Community Services. In this footage you will see the officer lie from the minute she stepped onto the property; After stating the yard is “filthy” and that there are “rats” (1), Heather states that she has “GRAVE CONCERNS” for the children and that the oldest child (seven) is not allowed to visit the property now. If you have ever wondered why there seems to be so many children taken by the system and placed into foster care, you now know its not because they're being abused and neglected, its because some rubbish and dirty windows = GRAVE CONCERNS.
GRAVE CONCERNS! For christ sake, wouldn't you leave that kind of description for the cases of Ebony and the boy who was dumped in the bag in the lake after the mother continually told department staff that she did not want the child?
As you can see, that is all it takes for the Department of Community Services to then go see a magistrate and obtain a warrant and an order to remove children from fit and loving parents. There is not abuse. There is no neglect. There is just an extremely overzealous, patronising, caseworker with nothing less than a god comple, and an overly powerful position which is very oftenly abused.
Furthermore, the NSW Police accused the family man of “BEING EVASIVE” when he refused entry into his home – a reasonable answer which most people would give considering that the staff were there because of a confrontation the man had with another man at the child’s school a few days earlier.
You will notice in the beginning of this clip that Heather, the DoCS Worker states that “that’s not the only reason we’re here, its because UPON ENTERING THE PROPERTY I SAW RUBBISH”. What a blatant lie. She did not see the rubbish until she entered the property, so how can she state that that is a reason for being there in the first place.
So the only reason that remained was the argument – which the father clearly discussed with the DoCS workers and police. Should have been the end of the affair, actually, we cannot even see why DoCS officers make home visits for arguments between grown men – if this is a domestic violence matter then it is up to the police to sort out, not DoCS.
After harassing the man for well over fifteen minutes and belittling him, they stated that they were going to seek LEGAL ADVICE because they were not happy with the fact that the father refused them entry into his home – very validly, mind you, as the only grounds they had to be there had been addressed, and for gods sake who is going to remove children because the man might or might not be having a bad week and the yard may be a little untidy?

Do not overlook the money to be made for these "grave concerns" they invent. Foster Care agencies are a multi-million dollar business e.g. growing from $2m in 2001 to now $250m a year from State & Fed.Gvt.funding to run them. They send out workers to Child-Care Centres/school etc. to find clients,they get a finder's fee" e.g. $15,000 ftnt. for 37 carers (reported in Syd.Herald 2011) Foster Care has risen 70% NSW & 60%Qld - no qualifications needed..
