I have just been apprised of Holly involved in an accident with Heavenly ...what I've been saying this whole time is "Truth", proof in the pudding,talk about failure to protect and child endangerment....Melissa Gunn placed these children in harms way , has ignored my concerns for over 2 years now,talk about a failed system, I had full legal and physical custody since 2010 of December and while Holly was 'AWOL' while using Drugs for a year prior to her being placed in prison for armed robbery and home invasion 1st degree,I had these children all their lives without any incidents,Holly was ordered to pay 80 dollars a month in child support upon leaving prison and objected to this stating it was too much money, and Melissa Gunn co-conspired (state actor for DHS/CPS) with other state actors to undo this and turn over these children to be in harms way. No neglect, No abuse, ONLY TEMP JURISDICTION by co-conspirators appointed attorney Robert Carson!!!!!! I have the paperwork to PROVE THIS Steve, I have fully disclosed all of my concerns for over two years to Miss Gunn, yet abuse of power and prejudice by Her, professionally and at her official capacity , Holly's Mother being on central registry for abusing Holly, Holly and Nicholas being placed in States Care when Nick was only months old by these abuses of Holly's Mother Marcy and Holly, threats to place Nick with abusive family and mother or face FC or boys home placement, Now he has missed Prom, Graduation and a childs life because of Miss Gunn ,all of my children ON COURT RECORD stating that they wanted there DAD and he had done nothing wrong ,loss of Cameron (sibling alienation ) (parental alienation) and Camerons Mothers leaves state after Melissa orders a blood test proving Me to be the father and Jessica having several open cases with CPS, Holly abusing Nick, Brandon, Heavenly, Brighten, yet Melissa Gunn recommends Father "No Contact", not a licensed social worker got this women off central registry(Marcy) for abusing Holly, and recommended a felon convicted for crimes that involved drugs and violent crimes placing these children there, while ignoring my custody and or kinship care, just the other day Marcy having a stroke for taking pills Holly gave her..Melissa Gunn failed this family, undermining the court with fraud and false and misleading statements to this court, co-conspiring with Judges Elwood L. Brown and Judge John D. Tomlinson putting these children in harms way, I cannot express this enough to you Mr. Sanchez, This whole case was a sham from the very beginning with Akliah Edmondson making material false and misleading statements of Domestic Violence and "failed to prove" substantiated by and through a verdict by a jury of "Not Guilty" This is criminal kidnapping and Rico acts violations by these state actors and corrupt judges involved...You now are apprised of the "Truth" of this matter. Now I ask you Mr. Sanchez are you part of the solution? or part of the problem?

I have not heard from you in some time, but I wanted to let you know that there will be a case closing FTM held on Friday, October 26th 2012 at 3:00pm. I’m not sure if you’ve been to an FTM (Family Team Meeting) but it is the same concept as a PPC which I know you’ve attended before. We will basically be discussing where the case is going and what concerns anyone involved in the case has. I mailed you my most recent court report in which I will be recommending that the case be closed and that your children are no longer court wards. Court is on October 29th at 9:00am before Judge Brown if you plan on attending. Please let me know the best number to reach you at for the FTM as you and Holly will both be at the meeting by phone. I have a number for you on file but I want to make sure it’s an updated number. If you can attend at the DHS office in St. Clair County that is fine too but it is not necessary for you to be there in person.
