Former DoCS worker Annette Rearden is currently making great progress with foster care in her area. Annette and her crew are [already] successfully covering a range of corrupt practises by the Catholic organisation, who is registered as a charity that purports to help people. Among new steps taken by Annette are the obseletion of "communication books" that were designed to enable communication between the carer of a child and other people, including the parents.
Unfortunately however, the Catholics dont seem to want to keep these communication books going, particularly when it divulges details of a baby being abused under their watch.
At the moment, as was years prior, there seems to be no way to deal with these organisations that will do anything to protect their fodder, who are worth a minimum of $40,000 per year to them.
Babies covered in blisters that resemble impatago are not being taken to the doctors, instead the catholic organisation is claiming that [the baby] will be monitored for any further medical issues. Parents with concerns about the care of their children are threatened with no contact if they take any photos of their children that depict any form of abuse that may be potentially reportable.
In fact, as far as we can find, CatholicCare at Campbelltown do not have any form of public disclosure officers - which we believe is required for any business who contracts to any government department; Nor does the Diocese seem to have any form of publicly available information for any persons who may have issues with the officers of CatholicCare at Campbelltown. There also seems to be a lack of publicly available documentation that supports the departments willingness to report suspected abuse - regardless of whether or not the abuse is by their elected carer.
Babies suffering long-term nappy rash are never reported to the Department of Community Services - which is mandatory, and we believe it is because [just as the department prior to them did not], CatholicCare do not wish to show any evidence of their inability to provide suitable and safe caring carers for the children they harvest from the department.
