Patricia Hansen is the Head of School of Social Work for the Australian Catholic University, based in Sydney.  She likes to refer to herself as a Doctor, and also has a law degree where she is known for taking on Legal Aid matters on behalf of parents.

Patricia is listed on the Family Inclusion Network NSW as a lawyer that does not represent the Department of Family and Community Services.  Also listed is Rick Gonzales (but we won't be deliving into his actions at this time).  Many parents fall into the trap of believing that Patricia would be a great representative for parents who have wrongfully had their children removed by rogue departmental employees, whom the justice system never fails to reward them for their unlawful actions by terminating parental rights and gifting children to foster carers and abusers who should not be raising a dog, let alone a child.

Patricia Hansen is another of those lawyers who refuse to hand back the clients files when she's sacked - unless you fill in each claim for Legal Aid that she wants (though is not necessarily entitled to) - meaning people's next solicitor is going to be working for practically zilch. 

Furthermore this woman might NOT get paid by the department - but she sure does help them.  She has gone against clients instructions and told  magistrates that her client is okay with DoCS sending non-related files into Court Appointed Psychiatrists - which we all know taints the ability of the parent to adequately refute the lies the department comes out with.

She tells warm loving mothers to just forget about the children that the department have stolen from them, and to "get on with their life". Pretty nice coming from a social worker - an alleged professional whose [alleged] "professional opinion" is highly regarded by those in the power to address the corruption in child protection.

Furthermore, she lies and says that she has put all clients information onto non-existent disks and has their files archived when their case is still running.

Need we say anymore?  Does it sound like this woman was around in the no-too-far-gone era of stealing children from unwed mothers .. It sure does to us.

A note to prospective parents searching for the elusive lawyers with morals and scrupils, that actually does the job they get paid for ... If you don't want to see your kids again - Patricia Hansen is your girl!
