DoCS and Broadmeadow Childrens Court Stealing Children

Daughter ages 2 has night terrors and sustains bruises during said night terrors. Child taken to local hospital for help. No beds at local hospital, child transferred to Maitland Hospital (later transferred to John Hunter Hospital). DoCS called because of bruises. Cause of bruises allegedly unexplained, probably because said reporter did not talk to parents or admitting doctor from child's local hospital. Three weeks later child sustains injuries in a witnessed accident aboard a Hunter Valley bus. Child taken to local hospital. No beds, child transferred to Maitland Hospital. Xrays taken, DoCS informed of fractures before talking to parents. Child transferred to John Hunter Hospital, where JIRT/DoCS removed child from mother's care, for  failure to protect child from harm.

 Mother discovers pregnancy two weeks after child was taken. DoCS claim mother immediately got pregnant, despite the mother informing DoCS herself of her pregnancy. Mother repeatedly asks DoCS if they will take her baby at birth. DoCS say they try to prevent that. DoCS do nothing about unborn baby for entire pregnancy until day before mother's due date (mother is in early labour at this point) when they inform her they will take baby. Mother had ten days with baby because she was visiting relatives interstate before DoCS found her by asking her ex partner where could she be.

 DoCS damning information on mother solely gained from mother's ex partner/daughter's father and later her son's father/ex partner.

 DoCS had no reports made of firstborn until false report given by father after separation.

 Mother lost daughter's case in NSW Broadmeadow Children's Court, still contesting son's case in QLD
