Luke Borusieiwicz was murdered under the (apparent) care of Queensland Child Safety over three years ago. His father had beat drugs and alcohol, found work, obtained suitable accommodation but as usual, the thugs we have come to know as Child Protection weren't interested. So they placed Luke with a 74 year old woman who had numerous other children in her care. Luke was the youngest.
For weeks his father Michael sighted his son with bruises and abrasions, even on his private parts. He notified Child Safety immediately on each occasion however his notifications were ignored, much as they do with any parent whom they have removed children from. Child Safety / Child Protection do not like being told that they are doing more harm to a child than good and will go to extreme lengths to cover it up.
A few weeks later Luke Borusieiwicz was beaten into a coma with multiple head injuries, and there was no chance of Luke living.
Luke Borusieiwicz died because nobody in Child Safety gave a single crap about Luke Borusieiwicz.
Even now, four years down the track they have made no attempt to fix their past failures, no attempt to even make amends with the father who's life they have destroyed, and they have not undertaken any agreement with the federal government in respect to their complete lack of diligence when it comes to Child Safety.
An inquiry has been set up for Luke Borusieiwicz, to determine the exact circumstances in which he died. This will also determine who is (basically) to blame - even though we all know it is Child Safety and the foster carer. The matter has been dragged out for four years with Michael Borusieiwicz spending his life trying to get some sort of justice and to have his little boys voice heard but the Queensland government dont seem to really care -- I mean after all, if we can keep the matter out of the mainstream media and only show parents leaving kids in cars, people will still think that Child Safety are doing a good job, right?
What is worse than any other part of this case, is the fact that now Michael Borusieiwicz (Luke's Dad) has now been told that he will have to pay to have an Inquest done on behalf of his son Lukey, who was murdered, under the care of the Queensland State Government - who Michael fought so strongly to get Luke safely away from. Even worse is that Legal Aid will fund $750,000 on a political assassin Phuong Canh Ngo who (allegedly) organised the murder of a member of another political party some years ago but not this boy.
Why is it that the criminals, once again, get unlimited Legal Aid funding, when a young and innocent three year old boy who was MURDERED under the care of the state government gets told (via his living father) that he has to pay for his own inquiry. Doesn't a child murdered by the government deserve funding more than a political assassin?!!!

Luke's Inquiry was BS and there is MUCH you can all do to support and get retrial to this dodgy PUBLIC case! The fact this case is PUBLIC, means every single one of us can DEMAND a re-trial, based on evidence NOT YET HEARD!
Luke's dad's hands are tied and he cannot do it alone! Go find out exactly what you can do, and go do it - FOR LUKEY'S JUSTICE... time is running out! There isn't much feedback here... go bloody make them do what they DIDN'T DO Luke's Dad - you KNOW this has more to it - you don't even need the extra evidence - just use it as bait!
They're annihilating anyone trying to get further on this case ALONE here in Cairns. Soon there will be NO ONE in Cairns to support and push these local, corrupt authorities and they will present this BS Inquiry result to the current Qld Commissioner's Inquiry and bang - your problem has worsened and justice will never be served!

I have attended all Coroner Inquests and have convinced the local paper to start writing when the results of the Inquest are made public around 27th July 2012.
