| Neisha Shephard | NLS Lawers | Broadmeadow | NSW | I have been a friend of this family involved in an on going custody battle for the last 3 years in which this ICL has represented the Mothers not 10 year old child, having only met the child once maybe twice the child has stated her wants to live with his Mum. This thing of an ICL has formed an opinion of the Mother allowing the paranoid schizophrenic Father to have sole custody of the Child. The father represented himself in a 3 day trial in the Family Law Court Stating how he hated the Mother and that she was evil and even asked the ICLs Barrister and I quote " WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICTIONS" this even got the judge smiling. After 3 days of evidence and of the Father making a total fool of himself proof that the Father has assaulted the Mother during the marrage, this thing of an ICL knowing the child is in danger has still recomended the Father have sole custody and even after the father stated her would kill himself if he did not get help with the child. I cant express strongly enough to avoid this ICL, she shoulkd not be allowed anywhere near innocent children. If at all possible DO NOT ALLOW THIS THING INCOMPETENT THING TO REPRESNT YOUR CHILD. Her law firm is NLS Law in Brunker Rd Broadmeadow NSW. She is only interested in her cut mainly giving up children to DOCs and thank goodness the Judge in this case told her this would not happen, so this ICL has taken vengence on the Mother. I say again stay clear as she is dangerous to children. |
