Acting on gossip from drug growers dealers and using that information to denigrate a parent and removal a child and place a magistrate in a position where he has half a story as the parent has no legal representation and cannot afford to get it nor will legal representatives go near the case as to their own assumptions relating to PTSD created by DOCS in the first instance. Bringing up a history of a 19 year old childs birth to use against the mother and ignoring the 19 year old who spoke in the court against the actual abuser of DV where DOCS have placed the child. |
